She is survived by: her husband Phillip Perry; her children, Kelli Hoeppner (Mike), Jerry Agnew, Jr. (Kim) and Michael Agnew; her siblings, Betty Sue Inman, Kay Foster, Debbie Kyzer, Jimmy Kyzer, Bobby Kyzer, Donny Kyzer and Ronnie "Tiny" Kyzer; her grandchildren, Jessica Donaldson (Greg), Sean Hoeppner (Kathleen), Hannah Hoeppner (Devon), Kerstin Agnew, Zachary Agnew, Hadley Ezell, Brooklyn Agnew and Taylor Agnew; and her great grandchildren, Isaac Donaldson, Adeline Donaldson and Dekari Webster. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
