He is survived by: his wife Maxine Williams; his children, Bennie Ray Williams Jr. (Tantisha), Darrin Rouse, Clifton Montell Rouse and Menna Watson (Kevin); and his sisters, Lois Jean Williams (Marvin), Grace Mayweather and Vivian Mitchell (R. B.).
