He is survived by: his wife Shelva Janette Garlington Bell; his daughter Lori Anne Bell Grunwald (Danny) of Sherwood; his grandchildren, Justin Michael Reed (Rachel) of Sherwood, Molly Anne Sanders (Noah) of Sherwood, Sydney Leigh Reed of Sherwood and Jessica Paige Grunwald of Austin, Texas; his great grandchild Blaire Mackenzie Sanders of Sherwood; his sister Maxine Taylor of West Memphis; and his siblings-in-law, Carole Sisson of Fordyce, Alene Bell of Rison, Randall Carroll of Benton, Doyle Garlington, Jr. (Paula) of Fordyce and Ikey Garlington of Little Rock.
