He is survived by: his parents, Michael Green and Renee Green; his sister Abby Green; his grandparents, Bill, Connie Lundy of Bentonville, AR and Elizabeth Green of San Antonio, TX; and his aunts and uncles, Sha Nohr (Alan) of Redmond, WA, Lauren Adcock (Zack) of Bentonville, AR, Caryl Green of San Antonio, TX and Rob Lundy (Jennifer) of Colorado.
