He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Levine and Cornelia Quattlebaum Levine; his daughter Karrie Key Levine; his brother-in-law Howard "Eddie" Evans; and his mother-in-law Viola Steinle Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Evans Levine; his children, Misste Levine Giles, Missy Shipman (Michael), Mindy Coleman (Matt) and Jason Levine; his grandchildren, Jackson Goad, Cash Coleman and Carter Coleman; and his close friends, Don Eilbott, Jim Robbins, Mary and John Armour. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Larry's memory to the Knights of Columbus or St. Albert Catholic Church, 21 Park Road, Heber Springs, AR 72453.
