He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Qualls (Ward); and his daughter Paula Patton. He is survived by: his sister Lorenda Gardner-Meredith (Gypsy) of Truman, AR; and his children, Jim Henley (Chris) of Sheridan, AR, David Henley (Denise) of Houston, TX, Mike Henley (Faith) of Sheridan, AR and Janie Boatright of Sheridan, AR.. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren, and especially in his 11 great-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
