He was predeceased by: his parents, George S. Moneymaker and Myrtle Blackburn Moneymaker; his wife Betty Jones Moneymaker; his grandson Kody; and his brothers, Billy, Johnny and Bobby Moneymaker.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Moneymaker (Annett) and Marsha Satterfield (Greg); his grandchildren, Melissa, Scott and Jeff Satterfield (Meaghan); and his siblings, Richard (Catherine), Mike Moneymaker, Virginia Leverette, Shirley Morton and Nancy Moneymaker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
