It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sue Kauffman Hollinger of Sheridan, Arkansas, born in Cleveland, Arkansas, who passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Sue Kauffman shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sue Kauffman farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dee Woody Kauffman and Helen Childers Kauffman; her husband Ralph Hollinger; her siblings, Harold Kauffman (Woody) and Rachel; and her brother-in-law Joe Howard Williams (Phillip Walters).
She is survived by: her son Doug; her daughter-in-law Kim Hollinger of Sheridan; her sister Kalinda Mooney (Randy) of Sheridan; and her grandchildren, Ashley Hollinger Whitehead (Dylan), Caleb Hollinger (Taylor) and Jacob Hollinger. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (2686 US-167, Sheridan, AR 72150). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church (281 Grant County Rd 48, Prattsville, AR 72129).
