It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sidney Clois Gates of Sheridan, Arkansas, who passed away on December 2, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie Gates and Allie Ross Gates; his wife Bonnie Hale Gates; his daughter Phyllis; and his son-in-law Danny McGarrah.

He is survived by : his brother Max Gates (Winona) of Georgia; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Carter of Sheridan and Bivian Hale of Pine Bluff. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, numerous grandchildren, grandchildren and friends.
