She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Penney (David Small, Sr.); and her siblings, Margaret Overton, Lonnie Ponder, Betty Russell, Doris Winkler, Johnnie Ponder, Annetta Smith and Edith Ponder.
She is survived by: her children, David Small, Jr. (Christe) of Sheridan and Starlet Glover of Farmington; her grandsons, Scott Small of Conway, Evan Glover of Fayetteville and Nathan Glover of Farmington; and her siblings, Bobby Ponder of Jacksonville, Billy Ponder of Lonoke, Donnie Ponder of Grant, AL and Charlotte Dees of Pine Bluff.
