He is survived by: his wife Laura Burgess Kelley of Sheridan; his children, Amy Kelley Bell (Matthew David) of Nashville, Audrey Ann Kelley Egan (Jon) of New York City, Madison Duke (Wyatt) of Benton and Dalton Harp (Breanna) of Sheridan; his mother Kay Kelley of Florida; his siblings, Mike Kelley (Diane) of Maine, Kelly Kelley of Florida and Julie Anselm (Don) of Florida; his grandchildren, Addley Duke, Evan Tourtillotte, Dean Egan and Bentley Harp; and his parents-in-law, Jim and Carol Burgess of Sheridan. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Boys and Girls Club of North Little Rock.
