He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Truman Starks; and his grandchildren, Evan Michael Watson, Ezekiel Gray Watson and Lucy Elizabeth Starks. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Glennon Starks; his children, Matthew (Autumn Starks) and Shannon (Michael Watson); his mother Ila Faye Starks of Sheridan; his sister Sharon (Ben Garner) of Warren; his grandsons, Eli Watson (Bo Glennon) and Levi Starks (Robbie); his nephews, Jeremy (Brandy Garner) of Warren, B. G and Garner of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his niece Lisa (Scott Williams) of Warren; his aunt Brenda (Freemon Miles); and his close friends, Donnie Hill and Pam Hill of Sheridan.
