He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Frazier; his daughters, Shonda Pitts (Kevin) of Alabama, Nancy King (Bryan) of Pine Bluff and Charlotte Pierce of Monticello; and his siblings, Delbert Frazier, Shelia Frazier and Sharon Wiggins. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
