He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell Lybrand and Vera Dee Sketoe Lybrand. He is survived by: his wife Regenna "Gennie" Sterrett Lybrand of Sheridan; his children, Candace Bowen (Dustin) of Sheridan, Dena Jennings (Mark) of Warren and Jeremy Williams of Hot Springs; and his siblings, James Lybrand (Aileen) of Sheridan and Becky Calhoun (Jerry) of Star City. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, numerous other extended family members and many friends.
