It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Garner (Sheridan, Arkansas), born in Texarkana, Arkansas, who passed away on March 22, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Garner and Rhoda Sweeney Garner; and his siblings, Maxine Higgenbothan and Bill Garner. He is survived by: his wife Blanche Michael Garner; his children, Buck James (Jennifer) of Bryant and Pam Blake of Pine Bluff; his grandchildren, Kimberlee (Nick), McKinze, Ty and Grayson; and his great grandchild Annslee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
