He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Guy and Opal Puckett Crouse; his wife Martha Baxley "Mott" Crouse; and his son Johnny Crouse. He is survived by: his son Andrew Crouse of Frisco, Texas; and his brother Roy W. "Buddy" Crouse of Sheridan. He is also survived by extended family members, church family and friends.
