He is survived by: his wife Patricia of Sheridan; his sons, Jeremy (Kristi) of Texas and Jeffery (Whitney); his grandchildren, Gage and Sloane of Ward; his son Phillip; his grandchildren, Taylor, Wyatt and Aubryn of Sheridan; and his brother Steve Cullipher of Texarkana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
