He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Willis and Gertrude Poteet Hackney; and his brother Dale Hackney. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Evich Hackney of Sheridan; his son Paul Hackney (Wanda) of Grapevine; his mother-in-law Carol Sands of Yuma, AZ; his brother-in-law Joseph Evich of Yuma, AZ; his sister Marthann Stone of Spokane Valley, WA; and his grandchildren, Paul, Joey, Caleb and Jace. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
