He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Culpepper Sr. and Alice Culpepper Lovelace (Graves); his brothers, Denver Culpepper and J. C. Culpepper; and his wife Norma Culpepper.
He is survived by: his children, Norris Alan Culpepper of Sheridan, Bryan Thomas Culpepper of Sheridan and Rebecca Williams (Ben); his grandchildren, Colbi Culpepper, Brittany Culpepper, Madison Besterfeldt and Dylan Boal; his great grandchildren, Jaxon Thompson, Derek and Daxon Boal; and his sister Diane Vance. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family.
