She was predeceased by: her parents, Orland Alton Barner and Hattie S. Dunn Barner; her daughter Cynthia Briscoe; her sister Arletta Noore; and her great grandchild Abby Pennington.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Smith (Ann) of North Carolina and Sheila Carter (Terry) of Sheridan; her grandchildren, Christopher Phillips (Autumn), Dakota Phillips (Cheyenne) and Mandy Pennington (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Reese Pennington and Callie Phillips. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
