Mary Riggan Mote Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Riggan Mote of Sheridan, Arkansas, who passed away on January 18, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Gray Riggan and Amy Riggan Harper; her husband J. R. Mote; her son Ross Alan Mote; her grandson Shawn Alan Raney; and her brother Bobby Riggan.

She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Larkan; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Mote of Sheridan; her grandchildren, Shannon Raney, Nick Mote (Lexi Stevens) of Fayetteville, Adam Mote (Callie) of Fayetteville and Christian Ramsey (Karson) of Sheridan; and her great grandchildren, Kristopher Raney and Hannah Raney. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
