She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wesley and Flossy Gibson Cotton Mrs; her husband Richard Henry Royse; her children, Johnny Ray Miller and Vickey Hernandez; and her siblings, Calvin "Bulldog" Cotton, Doyle Cotton, Junior Cotton, Vernon, Dorothy Minga, Gelene Cotton Bridges and Agnes Cotton Sheffield.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Miller Llewellyn of Sheridan, Jessica Royse Molina of Star City and Linda Hernandez Miles of Siloam Springs; and her sister Edith Cotton Keeling of Montrose. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
