She was predeceased by: her father LeRoy Perkins; and her grandparents, Hayward, Adelia Gowen and Irene Perkins. She is survived by: her mother Henriella Gowan Perkins of Sheridan; her brother Mark; and her sister-in-law Nelodie Perkins of Sheridan. She is also survived by co-workers and friends.
