He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence L. Welch, Sr. and Lois Jordon Welch. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Reeves Welch of Sheridan; and his sons, Lonnie Welch (Donna) of Kemp, James Welch of Sheridan and Lance Welch (Becky) of Rainier, Oregon. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Center Campground Cemetery.
