He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Slaughter and Ruby Slaughter; the mother of his children Jeannie Schrader Slaughter; and his son Brian Slaughter. He is survived by: his wife Stacy Slaughter; his son Wayne Slaughter (Kim) of Hot Springs; his sister Helen Harper of Sheridan; his children, Travis Derrick (Mindy) of Benton and Beth Owens of Grapevine; his grandchildren, Brittany Davis, Zach Slaughter (Heather), Graycee Owens, Greg Owens, RJ Derrick and Andrew Derrick; his daughter Kimly Yin; and his pet Riley. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
