He was predeceased by: his parents, A. T. Crutchfield and Ruth Anne Crutchfield (Sides). He is survived by: his wife Myra; his children, Ty Crutchfield (Holly) and Haven Brown (Kevin); his grandsons, Noah and Evan; his siblings, Suni Suttle (Eddie), Meri Crutchfield, Jeri Crutchfield and Kevin Crutchfield; his pet Gus; and his friends, Donnie and Rusty.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Counseling Clinic, 110 South Pearson St., Benton, Arkansas, and the Youth Shootings Sports Program with Arkansas Game & Fish.
