He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Loftis, Sr. and Elmo Maurice Stone Loftis. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brown Loftis of Sheridan; his children, Donnie Loftis (Felecia), Valerie Skinner of East End, Carol Reagan, Tina Gattis (Chris) of Kennett and Christal Allen (John) of Sheridan; and his siblings, Jerry Loftis of Sheridan, Carolyn Williams (Bill) of Cabot and Diane Gorbet of Beebe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
