He is survived by: his wife Nancy Roundtree Betz of Sheridan; his children, Joseph Robert Betz (Amy) of Fayetteville, David Betz (Amy) of Mena and Kathy Patterson (Blake) of Hot Springs; his stepdaughter Nancy Wilson Catchot (Robert) of Sheridan; and his siblings, Bernard Betz of Phoenix, Arizona, Delores Patterson of Midlothian, Virginia and Susan Monahan of Brick. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren.
