It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Welch of Sheridan, Arkansas, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on April 17, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Leroy Welch; and his daughter Janice Faye Welch Hollingshead. He is survived by: his wife Willie Faye Paty Welch; his daughter Mellonie Welch Fuell; his siblings, Pearl McGhee of Sheridan, Betty Walton of Arkadelphia, Roy Nelson Welch of Sheridan, Leverne Newton of Leola and Billy Welch of Pine Bluff; his grandchildren, Johnathan Fuell, Tasha Hollingshead Plaxco (Curtis), Andrea Hollingshead Lottt and Catie Plaxco; and his great grandchildren, Dracko McDonald, Christian McDonald, Jordan Morehead and Colby Morehead. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
