He was predeceased by: his father Gary "Bob" Choate. He is survived by: his mother Rita Wagner of Poyen; his wife Melinda Hill Choate; his children, Braden Choate and Jillian Choate of Sheridan; and his brother Robert Choate (Rebecca) of Cabot. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (2686 US-167, Sheridan, AR 72150). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
