He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sykes Crouch of Sheridan; his children, Melissa (David Ward), Michael Crouch, Chris Carlisle, Allana and Carissa; his brother John Crouch of Maumelle; his grandchildren, Kaleb Crouch and Gattin; and his pets, Zeus and Beethovan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
