He was predeceased by: his parents, Obie B. Mosley and Alma Doherty Mosley; his siblings, Obie Mosley, Jr. (Mutt), George Mosley, Edison Mosley and Loretta; and his great grandchild Samuel Isaiah Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Robinson Mosley of Sheridan; his daughters, Ann Freeman (Howard) of Sheridan, Lillie Shoptaw (Bob) of Sheridan and Bobbie Mosley of Sheridan; his grandchildren, Chris Freeman (Lana), Jennifer Shoptaw Powell (Steven) and Amy Shoptaw Sanders; his great grandchildren, Damien Freeman, Kevin Freeman, Peyton Powell and Mack Sanders; his brother Archie Mosley; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Mosley and Calvin (Nina Robinson). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, who were like his own children.
