He is survived by: his parents, Roger Couch and Teresa Couch (McDonald); his siblings, Megan Couch of Sheridan, Arkansas and Tanner Couch of Sheridan, Arkansas; his grandfather Jack McDonald of Humphreys; and his aunts and uncles, Jackie White (Jim) of Galt, Sandy McDonald of Browning, Virginia Ford (William) of Milan, Janet Harrelson of Milan, Elizabeth Decker (Joe) of Brookfield, Leisa Moore (Mike) of Brookfield, Gennievie Rogers of Green Castle, Gary Couch (Ellen) of Milan, Fred Couch (Anita) of Annandale, Steve Couch (Chrisiti) of Browning, Bob Couch of Milan and Brian McDonald of Humphreys. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
