He was predeceased by : his parents, Ellis Courtney and Bobbye Bruce Courtney; and his brother Jerry Courtney. He is survived by : his wife Beverly Barnes Courtney; his children, Dwayne Courtney, Jr. of Pine Bluff and Kristin Andrews (Tony) of Sheridan; his grandchildren, Courtney McCool, Madison McCool, Robby Andrews and Ryleigh Andrews; and his siblings, Jimmy Lynn Courtney (Paula) of Pine Bluff and Barbara Shell of Ft. Smith.
