He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Neal and Iva Williams Neal. He is survived by: his wife Jean Pitts Neal of Sheridan; his daughter Lori; his son-in-law Chuck Thomas of Sheridan; his daughter Angie; his son-in-law David Mills of East End; and his grandchildren, Mike Thomas, Joel Walker, Payton Parrish, Cale Thomas, Chance Thomas, Lindsey Curry and Kane Mills. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Don had a tender spot for kids, and memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital or St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
