He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hawkins; his sister JoAnn Taylor; his children, Ronda Lewis and Rusty Hawkins; his stepdaughters, Serena Garrett (Sam) and Sonya Ford; his grandchildren, Trishanna McClendon, April Dawn Lewis, Natalie Sorrells, Nikki Grace, Andrew Lewis, Daniel Hawkins, Heather Pultro and Aaliyah Barnett; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Emma Cecil, Bailey, Skylar, Shelby, Jack Sorrells, Hanna Lee McClendon, Gracelynn Grace, Kylie, Keagan and Kesley Goodnight. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
