With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dolores McCoy McGarity of Sheridan, Arkansas, born in Booneville, Arkansas, who passed away on August 11, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton McCoy and Wilma Beck Yarbrough; her husband Pete McGarity; and her sister Barbara Sayles. She is survived by: her daughter Sandy; her son-in-law Mike Henry of Sheridan; her sons, Phil (Carol McGarity), Billy (Gaye Lynn McGarity) and Britt (Mandy McGarity); her sister Kathy Finley of Sheridan; her grandchildren, Megan Brady (Robby), Casey McGarity (Heather), Kristen Evans (Drew), Audrey Ashcroft (Joshua), Caitlin Henry, Breannon Shaffer (Bobby), Josie McGarity, Carly McGarity and Zane McGarity; and her great grandchildren, Baker Brady, Carson Brady, Anna Kate Evans, Gregory Ashcroft, Camreigh McGarity and McKynley McGarity. She is also survived by numerous other family members and many friends.
