He is survived by: his wife Judy Welch; his sons, Andrew Welch (Candy) and Robert Welch; his siblings, John Paul Welch (Gracie), Richard Welch (Mary) and Cecile Alexander (Bobby); his grandchildren, Ray Robertson, Miranda Nelson and Seth Welch; and his great grandchildren, Luna, Lilly Robertson, Elizabeth Spruill, Anneliese Nelson and Cameron Welch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
