He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Johnson Chance of Sheridan; his children, Wayne Chance of Benton and Kimberly Chance of Hot Springs; his grandchildren, Dustin Hicks, Michael Chance, Jonathan Chance, Tyler Chance and Cameron Hicks; and his great grandchild Kade Hicks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
