He was predeceased by: his wife Corine Hooker (Wilson); and his parents, Andrew Dee Hooker and Lillie Hooker (Jeffers). He is survived by: his brother Glenn Hooker of Bossier City, Louisiana; his children, Michael Dee Hooker (Patricia) of Benton, Sherry Lynn Bratton (Joe) of Sheridan and Paula Velazquez of Springdale; and his grandchildren, Angela Peeks (Andy) of Riverton, WY and Matthew Wallis (Ashley) of Elkins. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
