It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles W. Lunsford of Sheridan, Arkansas, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on June 6, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Lunsford and Alta Louise Worthen Lunsford; his former wife Faye Blackerby Lunsford; his sister Debbie Clark; and his daughter-in-law Michelle Taylor Lunsford.

He is survived by: his wife Becky Young Lunsford of Sheridan; his children, Robert Lunsford (Charlotte) of Harrison, David Lunsford (Stephanie) of Brookland, John Lunsford (Mandy) of Sheridan and Kristi Butcher (David) of Sheridan; and his sister Edith Oates (Jerry) of Hensley. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Meadowview Baptist Church, 9914 Highway 270 East, Sheridan, AR 72150.
