He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hays and Sarah Hays. He is survived by: his wife Lori Hays; his daughters, Miranda Ward (Ryan) and Rebekka Traywick (Calvin); his brother Jack Hays (Judy); and his grandchildren, Alexander Ward, Hannah Grace Ward and Samuel Blair.
