He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Christian Thirion, Jr. and Minnie Mae Blenden Thirion; and his siblings, Eugene Thirion, Barbara Welsh, Clarence Thirion, Larry Thirion, Marilyn Griffith and Cecilia Thirion.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Behring Thirion of Sheridan; his children, Charles Edward Pearson (Seara) of Benton, Michael Thirion (Okevel Renee) of Bauxite, Shane Thirion (Amy) of Concord and Cheryel Horn (Charlie) of Benton; his sisters, Mary Kathryn Scruggs of Scott and Nita Markley (John) of Mabelvale; his grandchildren, Marc Pearson, Kevin Pearson, Jessica Thirion, Caitlin Thirion, Alexander Thirion, Huntington Thirion, Hailey Gray (Josh) and Kourtney Thirion; and his great grandchild Madden Gray. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
