He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Mullins and Leona Inez Weatherford Mullins; his stepmother Carrie Mullins; his niece Jenny Mullins; and his great-niece Isabella Yarberry.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cardwell Mullins of Sheridan; his children, Doug Mullins of White Hall, Derek Mullins of Iowa and Rachel Sisco (Jared) of Sheridan; his siblings, Wayne Mullins of Pine Bluff, Dwight Mullins (Sandie) of White Hall, Melinda McEntire (Mike) of Star City, Tammy Webb (Lester) of Poyen and Debbie Mullins of Rison; his stepsisters, Edie Terry (Bill) of White Hall and Beverly Simmons (Bill) of Pueblo, CO; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Ayden, Parker, Devan, Hudson, Silas and Ruston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousin and many friends.
