He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Heath and Judy Heath. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Heath; his sons, John Heath (Justi) and Gary Heath (Sherry); his siblings, Randy Heath and Tina Saenger (Roger); his grandchildren, Chandler Heath, Alden Heath, Cody Ray, Morgan Heath and Meagan Duncan; and his great grandchildren, Knox, Myles, Kylye, Palmer and Baker.
