He is survived by: his children, Joe Allen Crutchfield of Little Rock, Barbara Kelly (Mike) of Hensley and Brenda Zehender of Sheridan; and his siblings, Jimmy Ray Crutchfield, Dora Lee Freeman and Carolyn Ashcraft. He is also survived by four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
