We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2022, at the age of 81, Billy F Livingston of Sheridan, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lellon Monroe and Alice Elizabeth Bratcher Livingston; and his half-sister Murle Fay Hamby. He is survived by: his children, Joey Livingston of East End and Tonya Crump (Steven) of East End; and his sisters, Judy Aydelott, Helen Williams and Fannie Mae Lockably. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
