She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Clifton; her husband John David Burdess; and her son Jerald Dewayne Burdess. She is survived by: her children, Clifton Lowell Gillis of Auburn, Illinois, Rebecca Lynn Haynes (Phillip) of Sheridan and Pamela LaNette Grooms (James) of Sheridan; and her sisters, Charlene Anderson of Iowa and Carla Smith (Tim) of Iowa. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
