She was predeceased by: her parents, Drew Edward and Versie Jane Appling Ashley; her husband John Carl Horton; her sisters, Trula McGarity, Mildred Whitaker, Joyce Sites, Delphia Culpepper, Dorothy Gregory and Shirley James; and her sons, Chet Horton and Kevin Horton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Anderson (Larry) of Sheridan and Ellen Walters (Steve) of Sheridan; and her grandsons, Brian Horton, John C. Horton, Sean Horton, Marc Horton and Joshua Walters. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and countless friends.
