He was predeceased by: his father Julian Apple. He is survived by: his mother Edythe M. Amyett Apple of Searcy; his sister Sheila Vernon; his brother-in-law Mark of Searcy; his niece Stevi Taryn Vernon of Searcy; and his cousins, Lisa Neely (Greg) of Alabama and Jimmy Amyett (Robin) of Searcy.
The family has requested memorial donations be made in his name to the American Heart Association.
